LUCY KUO BIO
Lucy Kuo was an undercover agent working for the NSA to investigate the organization known as First Son, stationed at New Marais with her partner John White they were chosen because they had a unique gene known as the Conduit gene, but we will get to that later.  She worked with an inside man Who went by the name of Sebastian Wolfe. after learning of the sensitivity of their mission and knowing his time she lost contact with John and gained Contact with a electricity conduit after he stopped David Warner and Moya Jones' plan for empire city.  she decide to convince him to travel to New Marias with her.  Explaining she was aware of the nature of the Beast a conduit of major power. she promised Cole that she could give him more power.  Cole was about to leave when the final boss of his game appeared in a portal in the sky.  The Beast appeared Cole decided to fight the beast and almost died but was successful.    Once back in New Marias she was attacked and taken by the local militia.  she was then experimented on by Joseph Bertrand.  He siphoned her blood til she was nearly dry and then filling her with an unknown liquid substance.  this activated her Conduit gene

THE CONDUIT GENE
 the conduit gene is a specific gene that shows a person or animal have an untapped power.  basically Like a mutant but they can't access their power through normal means.  this gene once activated gives these Conduits the abilities that range from:

• manipulation of energy or matter
• flight
• physical or mental enhancement

General Conduit abilities:

• Enhanced Strength
• Enhanced Durability
• Enhanced Stamina
• Healing factor (especially when exposed to there element)
• this heals on anatomic level 
• Particle manipulation
• in Lucy's Case she controls Ice and air

LUCY"S CRYOKINESIS

she started controlling her powers when after Cole trained her

• Ground Icicles
• Ice pillar
• Flight
• when she flies she turns into water vapor also can be considered a form of teleportation 
• she can move in any direction
• Ice bullets
• Shatter blast
• Ice Grenade
• Freeze Rocket
• Ionic Freeze
• Ice Launch
• Frost Shield

Her new blood was used to fuel a new army of semi conduits known as Vermaak 88

she also uses her training firing an her ice like she would a gun.
